I enjoy making soups during the cold winter months and nothing beats a good clam chowder in my book. I know how hard it can be to find a good recipe and it's even more difficult (I should really say 'time consuming') to make clam chowder from scratch. Until now! A friend of mine has shared this recipe with me and I feel obligated to share it with all of you. Why? Because it's super tasty and super super easy to make. I hope you enjoy it.

1 small onion, diced
