I have a love/hate relationship with this summer dessert. I love it because it's easy, it's refreshing on hot summer days, and it's really yummy. I hate this recipe because it makes a lot. So, I just make it when someone had a baby, I want to give someone a 'thank you', or I'm having a lot of people over for dinner. Beware, it's very rich!
