Friday's Feature {Brag Books from Paper Lunch Sacks} }

6/22/12

There were a couple things that I wanted to select this week, but I chose this one from From Dahlias To Doxies.  I love this because these are all things that I always have on hand.  So simple and so adorable.  These would be great quiet books for church as well.

Friday's Feature {Super Easy Dutch Oven Bread}

6/8/12

For me and my family
summer time = camping time
and camping time = dutch oven cooking.
So, I decided to feature this Super Easy Dutch Oven Bread .  You can find this recipe and several others over at From Dahlias to Doxies.

Friday's Feature {Bandana Dress/Paper-Bag Popcorn} and Link Party

5/31/12

Okay, I'm sorry for the longest title in Cookie Nut Creation's history, but this week I had a dilemma that turned into a wonderful solution.  I couldn't decide between two submissions.  Luckily they were from the same site, Babblings and More!

I am so going to make this for my daughter.  A few bandanas and you're ready to go!

Great solution to the store bought microwave popcorn.

Friday's Feature {How To Make A Terrarium}

5/24/12

I'm loving this DIY terrarium that was made by Kandi from Woven Home.  Such a simple way to add just a touch of spring to a room.  Unfortunately, this would not work with my three little girls running around, but it's definitely on my "things to make once the girls are older" list. Rules:

Friday's Feature {Craft Trifecta}

5/18/12

This week, I wanted to feature Delicate Construction - Craft Trifecta.  I have seen string art before and I have seen ombre before, but I love the combination.  I think that this would be adorable as Artwork in a girl's or boy's room.  So cute.

Friday's Feature {Paint Chip Matching Game} and Link Party

5/11/12

I love, love, love this idea from Sew Fantastic!!!  It's absolutely brilliant and too cute.  In fact I loved this idea so much I ended up pinning it onto Pinterest.  And, before we headed out of town this weekend (we've been overdue for a family vacation) I decided to make these for my girls to play while we're camping.  Such a simple concept, but something that is sure to keep the kids busy and having fun for hours.  Well, maybe not hours, but long enough for me to start a load of laundry.

Friday's Feature {Washi Tape Storage} and Link Party

5/3/12

First off, I would like to apologize. With the new changes that Blogger has made, last Link Party went out very late in the day. I have had problems scheduling posts ahead of time where they won't post when they are scheduled to. It has not given people a chance to share their ideas. I will do all I can to make sure it doesn't happen again.  I'm sorry if this has inconvenienced anyone.

Now to the fun stuff.  This week I am featuring, Delicate Construction and their Washi Tape Storage.  I love this idea and it can be used for SO many different things.

Friday's Feature {Hot Chocolate Dippers}

4/27/12

This week I am featuring Jellyfish Jelly's Hot Chocolate Dippers.  We've all seen chocolate dipped spoons, but I love the creativity of tucking sookies, candies, and teddy grahams with a blanket of chocolate.  If only it wasn't getting so hot here in Texas, I's made me some of these.

Friday's Feature {Frosted Grapes}

4/19/12

Once again, I found myself torn between two of your fabulous links.  I actually came really close to featuring both of them this week, but because I didn't have a spare dresser in my house in which I could convert into a gardening box, I decided to feature these Frosted Grapes from One Sweet Appetite.
I love this idea (something I never would have thought of) and I know my girls are going to love it too.  I especially love the versatility of this recipe.  Two ingredients that can be changed multiple times.

Strawberries with Strawberry Jell-O
Raspberries with Rasberry Jell-O
Red Grapes with Grape Jell-O
Kiwi with Strawberry Jell-O
or what about trying this with an instant pudding mix...
Bananas with Cheesecake or White Chocolate Instant Pudding
mmm..the possibilities are almost limitless.

Friday's Feature {Evil Eye Bracelet} and Link Party

4/13/12

The Evil Eye Bracelet from Typical House Cat is my choice this week.  I love the idea and would love to put my own spin and colors into it.  This looks like a very easy project and I can't wait to do it.

Friday's Feature {Turquoise Love/Giveaway}

4/6/12

I love that we are now featuring your links on our Friday's Feature.  I love reading all of your posts and seeing all of the fun projects and creations that you are putting together.  However, I don't enjoy picking only one of the links to feature.  This week was no exception.  I finally decided to feature the link
I decided to feature this link because it simply inspired me.  Right now I have secret wish to redo my entire bedroom in just these colors: dark grey and turquoise.  This revamp of her entire living room/dining room was just the inspiration I've been looking for.  I love some of the ideas and interior design that went into this makeover and just had to feature it.
I hope you find it as inspiring and refreshing as I did.  Also, right now on My Champagne taste she's having a great GIVEAWAYClick here for a chance to enter and win some fabulous stuff.

Sorry I got the link party up later.  Between General Conference and Easter...things get busy.

Faux Metal Wall Art

4/2/12

I saw this idea and just had to share it.  Super easy, super cheap, and super cute.

Believe it or not, this is made from paper towel rolls.  Over at Suzie's Artsy Craftsy Sitcom is this amazing tutorial.  Go check it out.

Friday's Feature {Pink and Green Bedroom} and Link Party

3/30/12

I am featuring from last weeks link party, Totally Lauren Amber.  I picked this submission mostly from this picture.  My favorite things about this room makeover is the picture rail and the pictures and artwork place on it.  I think that it comes together so well...and I LOVE that big letter "M"!

Friday's Feature {Berry, Berry Good} and Link Party

3/23/12

Because strawberries are finding their way back into the grocery store, and my kitchen, I decided to feature these lovely (super easy to make) chocolate covered strawberries from acasarella.  I love the idea and am a huge fan of not spending all my time hand dipping each strawberry.  I can't wait to try this out with my girls.  They will love them.  Click here to get started on making your own chocolate covered strawberries.

Friday's Feature {Garden Life} and Link Party

3/16/12

Today I am featuring from last week's Link Party entry from Jellyfish Jelly - Creative Kids.  I thought that this was so adorable and would be a fun project for Easter/Spring.  Spring Break means having all the kids home from school and it's nice to have something for them to do.

Friday's Feature {An Awesome 11th Birthday) and Link Party

3/9/12

From now on, our Friday Features will feature a blog that entered our Link Party.  I love that you share so many of your ideas here, and I want to a show off my favorite.  So this weeks is An Awesome 11th Birthday Party from Alderberry Hill.  I love how she did the streamers twisted down the wall.  Such a fun and easy way to change the decor in the room to create the right feel.  This would be fun during any holiday as well.  Cool idea.

Friday's Feature {Organizing Arts and Crafts Supplies) and Link Party

3/2/12

Jamie, from Something To Do, posted what she did to organize her art/craft supplies.  I am so glad that I ran across this because I have an entire drawer stuffed full of this same stuff and she has given me this wonderful solution.  Thanks, Jamie...I think I am going to reclaim my drawer.

Friday's Feature {Scalloped Skirt Tutorial} and Link Party

2/17/12

Now that we've added another little girl to the mix here at our place I've decided it's time, once again, to bust out the sewing machine.  Of course this is stricktly for the sole purpose of creating fun little frilly things for my girly girls to wear.  Frilly things like this
 I've had this skirt on my "to do" list since last spring.  I'm planning on making them for Easter this year...if I can ever find the time...luckily, Amy gives a great step by step tutorial.  Head on over and see all the fun things that she's created.

Friday Feature {The Tohoku Tote} and Link Party

2/10/12

I swear, instead of featuring blogs, I seem to be featuring Pinterest.  Like many of you, I can't go through a conversation with my friends without someone saying "...I saw it on Pinterest"  So, as you can guess, I saw this on Pinterest and just had to share it because this is my next project (along with all my other "next projects").

This adorable tote is home to a blog named I Am Momma - Hear Me Roar.  She offers a free tutorial and free pattern on this adorable bag.  Go over and check it out, print it off, and plan your next "next project".
