Super Easy 4th of July Treat

I saw this idea on Room to Inspire, and I am so excited to make them for this special holiday.  I just thought that this would be the perfect treat for the kids to snack on during (or waiting for) the fireworks.  They would also be great to take to a barbeque.  They are easy to make, super cute, and who doesn't like Red Vines?!

This is definitely a great project for my kids and I to work on together.  I think that I'm going to add a little more fun by making the paper into a tube and adding some star garland to make it look even more like a lit firework!
