This Friday I wanted to feature something that would compliment our upcoming Independence Day. And nothing compliments the 4th of July better than food! This Lemon Curd from Kadee over at San Diego Cooks would really be the perfect addition to any family BBQ. Simply decorate with red raspberries and strawberries, add a sprinkle of blueberries, then top with a dollop of whip cream and you have a very patriotic and yummy dessert.
